Rich and Hearty Soups

  • A delightfully savory and lightly sweet take on chicken soup.

It starts with our bone broth simmered low and slow. Add bright notes of flavor from fresh ginger and leek, bursts of color and healing power from Jujube dates and Goji berries.

Warm and eat as is, or serve over a grain or rice.

  • A warm hug to heal at any time of year. For starters we use our signature, immune powering, bone broth. Layer that with sweet, delicate winter squash varieties and warm hints from curry and cumin. We give the meal more staying power and nutrient boost with creamy red lentils.

Warm and eat as is, or serve over rice or grains.

  • The tried and true cold weather classic that we couldn’t help but give a little twist.

It starts with our signature bone broth, adds creamy potatoes, bright leeks and richness from parmigiana cheese topped with a few fresh cracks of black peppercorns.

  • Feel the warmth of the cinnamon, the subtle spice of fresh ginger and the sweet, indulgent, richness of winter squash. The soup equivalent of a warm winter sweater. Our signature bone broth base of course, and slightly thickened with traditionally soaked, creamy pinto beans for a protein and fiber boost without the bean bloaty feeling.

Wholesome Additions

  • Pasture raised, organically fed chicken bones and feet simmered with a pot full of organic veggies, fresh organic ginger and organic kombu.

Our finished product is a gelatinous, savory, unmistakably nutrient dense broth.

  • Hand made with a long fermentation time to capture all of the nutrient density, and iconic sourdough tang with locally grown and ground wheat. Even some gluten sensitive folks rave about this recipe.

  • Creamy oatmeal, with carefully paired flavors to give you a clean option when you need breakfast fast

Decadent, Nourishing Dessert

  • Rich, creamy, luscious hot cocoa - that you’d never know is made with our healing bone broth as a base. The only kind of sneaky we permit in our foods.

Truly a chocolate lovers hot chocolate.

  • Sweet with a subtle tang, our long-fermentation sourdough cinnamon rolls.

We start with locally grown wheat, ground into a pastry flour. We add our Mother from our signature sourdough and let it work it’s magic. These rolls leaven naturally and as they ferment, nutrient density and flavor are unlocked. We finish them up with some butter, cinnamon and raw sugar, and top with cream that allows them to bake into bites of light, moist, carmelly goodness.

the Who, What and Why behind NOURISHED:

We are a husband and wife team with background in nutrition, immunology and agriculture, who saw an opportunity to take our passion for food and nourishment to our community. We provide clean, fresh, nutrient dense foods for people on the go. We know that food is a powerful tool for health and we provide an option for those who want to choose not to compromise their health while having fast access to food.

We’ve mentioned this whole compromise thing a few times, what does it mean? Well, life has a way of calling things to our attention. Given our background areas of expertise, our eyes started to open to just how many insults [read: toxic interventions] happen to our food before we consume it. For example, if you would like to eat a meal out, you likely assume that food prepared for you is healthy and nourishing to your body, right? We did. However, as we began to unfurl the layers that contribute to health in our own lives, we had to confront some cold truths. Cold truths such as: most of our food is not grown as we thought it should be [free of chemicals known to cause harm], most of our food is not as nutrient dense as it once was [soils depleted of biodiversity and nutrients cannot bear fruit that is nutrient dense], our water supplies often are tainted by traces of a variety of compounds [think forever chemicals], most cookware is either an aluminum alloy or non-stick coated [both of which can leach factors known to be detrimental to our health] and this doesn’t even address the food-engineering behind small inclusion ingredients: high intensity sweeteners, food texturing agents, etc. that all become present in our meals if we aren’t carefully considering all of the aspects that go into a meal. Without a doubt, it’s exhausting. If you haven’t been at this for 10+ years as we have, it’s also overwhelming. But, we don’t like to call attention to a problem without offering a solution and so our solution in this realm is: NOURISHED.

Here at On Point Farm we think about the long game. We consider everything that goes into your food through the lens of optimizing health. We start with clean air, clean water and healthy soils. When it’s not something we grow ourselves, we get to know the farmers that are producing the food ingredients we use. We source the purest pantry ingredients we can find, and if it’s not pure, we don’t use it - remember, there are no compromises. We use only the healthiest cooking vessels - proven not to leach any harmful metals, endocrine disruptors or other toxins. We store our ingredients in pure containers that won’t impart impurities into your food. And, we try to deliver as many dishes on our menu as we possibly can in glass that’s both pure and reusable. We’ve tried to think of everything. We hope you’ll dine ‘with’ us and enjoy a wholesome meal, handcrafted with in-season ingredients, fresh from the farm that leaves you nourished - without compromise.

At On Point Farm, we are mission oriented. We want you to have the access to food that nourishes you without compromise. Just like we wanted for ourselves. We do all that we can to keep our meals affordable, without cutting any corners. Health drives us and every ingredient we include must serve a purpose to build health, not detract from it. We dig deep into research and recipes so that you don’t have to [unless you want to] and all of our meals must first be kid, toddler and adult approved before they hit our store.

We hope to be cooking for you and yours soon!

In depth on our ingredients…

  • Our chicken is pasture raised and any supplemental grain fed is all organically grown. We use our whole chickens for nourishment, so organic practices are important to us to achieve our nutrient goals. Our chickens graze hillside on our farm and grow strong healthy legs and feet as a result. Waste not, want not - so, we use chicken feet in our broth as well to honor the birds we raise and include the extra nutritional boost for you.

Nutritionally speaking, these are good sources of:

    • collagen and glycine [an amino acid that a large portion of our population is deficient in because we no longer routinely eat nose to tail diets] - think gut health, skin, hair, joints

    • higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids [and a lower omega-6 to 3 ratio]

    • higher levels of antioxidants, like Vitamin E

    • minerals like iron, calcium, phosphorous and magnesium

  • it’s the most abundant life giving substance - yet we pay little attention to it, generally speaking.

we’re here to change that! we use reverse osmosis filtered water or spring water depending on the product tested for impurities to insure we start with a base suited to our standards.

  • our health starts with the soil. healthy soils, full of biodiversity, microbial life, and nutrients are able to produce food that is full of vitality ready to be consumed. Here you will find no -icides. No forever chemicals. Just nutrient density and antioxidant goodness. If we don’t grow it, we work with farmers we know, who follow regenerative and organic practices to ensure we capture the healthiest product we know of.

  • We work hard to keep our food products to as many whole foods as possible. However, to make recipes come together and finished products ready to grace your table - we still need the pantry. That in mind, we use our pantry wisely. We source certified organic pantry ingredients. We preferentially buy from biodynamic or regenerative farms. And we store these ingredients in glass.

  • we have a simple rule: if it’s going to leave anything behind in your food - we won’t use it. now, we’re mostly talking a level of things you can’t see: like chemicals, endocrine disruptors, etc. but nevertheless, the rule stands.

we use surgical grade stainless steel, enamel coated cast iron, glass and natural materials like wood from start to finish as we craft your meals.

  • We package as many of our products as we can in USA Made, certified lead free and free of any other impurities, glass. We want it to have a life beyond the packaging for your meals, so we use canning jars that you can use again and again.

When we’re packing up a product that just doesn’t work with glass, we choose wisely [hopefully you know this about us by now]
