The Store is Open!
Hey there!!
Pull up a seat, I have some exciting news to share!
I’d like to be the first to welcome you to our brand new, online, store. You can head on over to the “Farm Store” tab and check it out! This has been a while in the making, but it’s finally to a point where we’re launching it out to y’all! It’s not perfect, and while we’ve become pros at making our product over the last decade, we’re brand new to the online store front. If you would so kindly bear with us as we now launch ourselves up the steep learning curve of associated apps, digital storefront software and the like, we greatly appreciate your patience. We are certainly open to customer experience feedback to help us improve!
Laundry soap shipping option!
In the farm store, you will find options of our laundry soap and hand soap. There are a variety of essential oil blends to choose from, but the most popular for laundry soap are: eucalyptus mint and lavender. Our signature scent, and our household favorite is the eucalyptus mint! And if you are sensitive to scents, or prefer an unscented formula for hunting clothes or baby clothes or any other reason - we have an unscented option just for you!
For our local customers: we have a drop box where you can pick up your order, have the glass options and save on shipping! At checkout you can select pickup in Argyle NY and once your order is fulfilled we’ll send you the pickup details!
For our long distance customers: we have refillable plastic hand soap options and a pouch laundry soap. We’ve also added a subscription option for those of you who would choose to mail our product to you! Check it out in the store :)
I don’t know about wherever you’re reading this from, but here the temps have ranged from below freezing to below zero the past few weeks. Bearing that in mind, we’re only going to be shipping on Mondays through Wednesdays for right now - to attempt to get you product before it sits in a real cold place over a weekend. Our products do contain natural ingredients, so extreme temperatures can affect them and we want you to receive your products just as they were when they left our hands!
Some cloudiness/thickening of your soaps is normal from cold exposure, bring them in to normal room temp, invert them a few times, and they will become less cloudy and easy flowing again!
We are diligently working to source more containers, and refill options, so stay tuned as we add more soap product options over the next few weeks! In the coming months, we’ll be expanding our product lines further - something also to keep checking back for :)
For now, head on over to the store and get your suds from the latest batch - I just finished making it yesterday :)
